Group Rates and Reservations
Family reunions, corporate outings, church groups and any other organized group of over 15 can qualify for reduced group admission rates. Groups must consist of 15 or more paying guests. Group pricing is available at the front gate or online. The group is required to enter together.

Consignment Ticket Program
Our program is an excellent choice for companies and larger groups who wish to offer discounted Zoo tickets to their employees or members. We now offer a web link that can be posted on your company’s intranet for the convenience of purchasing a ticket at any time. How do I purchase tickets?
Tickets can be purchased at the front gate on day of entry, online or by contacting Group Sales at 404.624.5641.
Will I receive the group rate if I purchase online?
Yes, the group rate is available for groups of 15 or more paying guests.
How far in advance can I purchase tickets for a group?
Group tickets may be purchased up to one year in advance to day of your visit.
When do I pay for my tickets?
When purchasing tickets online, tickets must be paid in full at the time of purchase.
How do I receive my tickets?
When you purchase your tickets online, you will not receive tickets. Simply bring your confirmation letter, which you will receive via email, with you to present at the front gate.
What happens if I miss my reservation due to inclement weather?
Admissions gate will re-issue the entire group ticket's to be good for one full year from date of original visit.
Are unused tickets refundable?
Zoo Atlanta’s Group Ticket Program is a non-refundable purchase. Group tickets are valid for the date of the reservation, rain or shine one year from the date of purchase. Management assumes no liability for lost or stolen tickets. Tickets will not be replaced nor will a refund be allowed.
Can I bring food/drinks into the Zoo?
You may bring food and beverage into the Zoo as long as it is not in a glass container. No straws or plastic lids will be allowed past the front gate.
Is there bus parking at Zoo Atlanta?
Yes, we have a drop off location for groups. Motor coaches may be staged at one of two locations; either in our Boulevard Parking Lot or on Cherokee Avenue in front of the Zoo. Please obey posted parking restrictions and do not block driveways, side streets or gates. PARKING IS FREE
Is there someplace inside the Zoo to eat while we are there?
Yes, we have several outlets including Nathan’s Hot Dogs, Willie B.’s, Otterly Cool, Flamingo Joe’s and Wild Planet Café.
