Memorial Day Weekend at Zoo Atlanta
Brew at the Zoo is May 25, and the Zoo observes extended weekend hours on May 27
The barometer, the brews, the bubbly and the beasts are aligned for a beautiful holiday weekend at Zoo Atlanta. Discounted advance tickets are still available for Brew at the Zoo presented by Xfinity and AMC on Saturday, May 25.
Tickets include unlimited sampling of a variety of beers and wines and live music featuring headline act Tongo Hiti, joined by Pink Pompeii, Majestic Dub Kru, The Hey Byes, Danny Ray Cole and Kelly Jarrard. Other highlights will include animal encounters, free train and carousel rides and interactive games. Proceeds from this year’s event will support the Zoo’s world-class primate collections.
Tickets are $38 for Zoo Atlanta Members and $43 for non-Members if purchased online in advance; tickets are $48 if purchased at the gate on the day of the event. Guests under 21 will not be admitted. Visit zooatlanta.org for tickets, event details and information on VIP reservations.
Brew at the Zoo guests will also have two options for responsible transportation. SafeRide America has partnered with Zoo Atlanta to offer rides home on Saturday, May 25, and private black cars and SUVs from Uber will be available for rides to and from Brew at the Zoo. Zoo Atlanta will close early on Saturday, May 25, in preparation for Brew at the Zoo. Gates will close at 4 p.m.; grounds close at 5 p.m.
The Zoo will be open on Monday, May 27, and extended summer weekend hours will apply. Ticket booths will be open until 5:30 p.m.; grounds will remain open until 6:30 p.m.
