Group Rates and Consignment Tickets

Family reunions, corporate outings, church groups and any other organized group of over 10 can qualify for reduced admission rate. Groups must consist of 10 or more paying guests. Group pricing is available at the front gate or online.

The group is required to enter together, and one person must pay for the entire party to receive the Group Rates.

Consignment Ticket Program

Companies and larger groups can provide discounted Zoo tickets for their employees or members. Employees can also purchase discounted tickets via your company’s intranet. This is a great fundraising opportunity for your organization! Email grouptickets@zooatlanta.org to get started.

How many people are needed to qualify for the group rate?
The group rate is available for groups of 10 or more paying guests.

How do I purchase tickets?
Tickets can be purchased at the Zoo entrance on day of your visit, online or by emailing grouptickets@zooatlanta.org.

When can I use my tickets?
Group tickets are valid for one year from date of purchase; Zoo Atlanta is open 363 days a year.

When do I pay for my tickets?
Tickets must be paid in full at the time of purchase.

How do I receive my ticket if I purchase online?
You will receive an electronic ticket via email after purchase. Print and present your electronic ticket to the Zoo entrance upon arrival.

Are unused tickets refundable?
Group tickets are valid for one year from the date of purchase. Management assumes no liability for lost or stolen tickets. No refunds on any unused tickets or cancellation. All sales are final.

Can I bring food/drinks into the Zoo?
You may bring food and beverage into the Zoo as long as it is not in a glass container. No straws or plastic lids will be allowed past the Zoo entrance.

Is there someplace inside the Zoo to eat while we are there?
Yes, we have several outlets including Willie B.’s, Otterly Cool, Flamingo Joe’s and Wild Planet Café.

Is there bus parking at Zoo Atlanta?
Yes, we have a drop off location for groups. Motor coaches may be staged at one of two locations; either in the Boulevard Parking Lot or on Cherokee Avenue in front of the Zoo. Please obey posted parking restrictions and do not block driveways, side streets or gates. PARKING IS FREE
