Make a gift to Zoo Atlanta's Capital Campaign

Thank you for your gift. Zoo Atlanta is a 501(c)(3) is a not-for-profit organization. All contributions to Zoo Atlanta are tax-deductible to the fullest extent allowed by law.

Zoo Atlanta has earned international acclaim for the study and conservation of amphibians and reptiles, but that reputation long ago outpaced the outdated facilities in the World of Reptiles. Zoo Atlanta is now raising funds to replace the World of Reptiles exhibit with an indoor/outdoor Amphibian & Reptile Complex—the first large-scale redevelopment in an exciting Master Plan, and the first major new exhibit Atlantans have seen at the Zoo in more than a decade.

Zoo Atlanta is already one of our region’s top family destinations, and with the Atlanta metro area’s projected growth, your Zoo must be able to serve millions of new visitors in future years. New amenities, interactive exhibits, and additional indoor and outdoor covered spaces will give the Zoo an even greater family appeal.

We believe in the Zoo, and we’re coming together as families to support its first— and perhaps most pivotal—steps toward its long-range vision. Help us ensure that this beloved Atlanta institution continues to be vibrant and successful.

Wait till you see what you’ve been missing

Stand behind a mission to inspire Atlantans, Georgians and all visitors to the Zoo to respect wildlife and safeguard existing species, in the best way we know how: real-life experiences with extraordinary animals.

Atlanta’s most exciting new animal experience will introduce visitors to the wonder, fascination and beauty of reptiles and amphibians, in dramatic living color and new depth of experience. Families and children will see firsthand the many reasons these creatures deserve our admiration and protection—all while exploring indoor venues that can be enjoyed year-round, regardless of the weather.

See your Zoo with new eyes. Think of everything Zoo Atlanta means to you today, and consider all the wonderful things it could and will be: More up-close-and-personal. More hands-on. More educational. More experiential.

As the first project of the Master Plan, the Amphibian & Reptile Complex will be a cornerstone for the reinvention of the Zoo, and it will play a significant role in advancing Zoo Atlanta’s ability to serve its community locally while preserving endangered species globally.
