Program details
- Reward Cards, redemption punches, and prizes will be distributed in the Member Services office daily between the hours of 9:30 a.m. and 5:30 p.m.
- Active Members may request one Reward Card per named Member per year; new cards will be issued each year. The adult Member must be named on the Membership card and must be present to access punches. Members will be asked to present an active Membership card and photo I.D.
- One redemption punch may be redeemed per named adult, per month, per visit. Lost Reward Cards will be replaced upon request, but we will not be able to reissue punches for past months. Additional prizes may be purchased for family or friends.
*Use of giraffe tokens will be subject to program availability and/or giraffe participation; feeding area may be closed due to inclement weather or daily capacity. Members earning the Komodo Dragon Wild Encounter may upgrade to another Wild Encounter, paying only the difference in price. Members may also purchase additional Wild Encounters for family or friends at the time of registration at a 10% discount. Programs and prizes are subject to change at any time.
