- Daytime rentals include non-transferable Zoo admission tickets (Number of tickets vary by venue.) Additional tickets are $11.50 each.
- Catering is not included in rental fee (Please contact Culinary Sol for your catering needs 404.624.5650).

Entire ARC
The Entire ARC featuring our Wild Like Me Exhibit is available for your next private function. The space includes: The Ford Conservation Room and Eco Hall, The World Studio, and TECHLab. Includes 200 Zoo admission tickets.

The Coca Cola World Studio
Features the latest technical equipment, including a rear-projection system and surround sound, perfect for award ceremonies and corporate meetings. Includes 100 Zoo admission tickets. The theatre is wheelchair accessible and seats 257 people.

Ford Conservation Room and Eco Hall
This 2,000 sq - foot venue is ideal for social receptions, business meetings or seated dinners. The Conservation room offers a variety of equipment for meetings - including a high resolution power point presenter, video player, built in sound, overhead drop down screen, slide projector and panoramic views overlooking the zoo. This space flows into the Eco Hall which is located behind our new Wild Like Me Exhibit. The Eco Hall makes a great pre-function and buffet area for your next event. Includes 100 Zoo admission tickets.

TECHLab
TECHLab is a perfect meeting location for teambuilding outings, small meetings

The Chinese Plaza & Panda Veranda are adjacent to the Giant Panda habitat. This open-aired space with covered Chinese pavilion is available for evening events only (available after 6pm).

Ford Event Pavilion & Grand Patio

This spacious pavilion features 16,400 square feet of open pavilion space (no center poles) and an outdoor Grand Patio area with gazebo and umbrella seating. The Ford Pavilion includes 300 Zoo admission tickets (Daytime events).

Gorilla Deck and Conservation Center
Host your next cocktail reception at this remote location surrounded by trees and exotic bamboo. The deck is perfect for a cool evening function which includes an exclusive Gorilla feeding for you and your guests. The indoor center is a great option for entertainment and hors d’oeuvres. This area allows your guests to mingle between both spaces and enjoy an up close view of our Western Lowland Gorillas. Highboy Tables included on the deck.

Rent the entire Zoo!
Our entire Zoo renal is a great way to entertain larger groups (5,000 people max). The package includes access to the Mzima Springs Pavilion, Ford Pavilion and Grand Patio, Chinese Plaza, Publix Party Pavilion and Gorilla Deck. Beverage service and food kiosks can be setup throughout the Zoo. Your guests will have access to the Zoo Express Train, Rock Climber and Carousel (weather permitting). Let your imagination run WILD when you use the entire Zoo for your next big company picnic, conference, reception or convention.
Entire Zoo rentals are only available in the evenings, beginning at 5:30pm during the week and 6:30pm on weekend. Animal exhibits and rides will be open until dusk (time varies based on sunset). Once the animal exhibits and rides close the party can move into the Ford Pavilion and continue until 11:00pm. Please note: all animal encounters, feedings, exhibits, rides and demonstrations are subject to cancellation based on animal health and weather conditions.
Rental Rate: $10,000 (rental rate does not include catering, equipment rentals or additional entertainment options)
