Conservation ARC (Action Resource Center)
The ARC has unique and distinctive areas available to host a variety of special events:
The Coca-Cola World Studio
Perfect for award ceremonies, corporate meetings, screenings and performances, the Coca-Cola World Studio seats 257 people and features technical equipment. The theater is wheelchair accessible. Daytime rentals include 150 Zoo admission tickets. Audiovisual support for up to 4 hours is included. Rental of the Coca-Cola World Studio includes access to a private event gate.
Day or evening rentals: $2,000
Ford Conservation Room and Eco Hall
Featuring audiovisual equipment and a built-in sound system, this 2,000 square foot venue is ideal for social receptions, meetings or seated dinners. Daytime rentals include up to 75 Zoo admission tickets. Rental of the Ford Conservation Roomincludes access to a private event gate. Audiovisual support is available at a rate of $75/hour.
Weekend and evening rentals: $1,500
Ford Conservation Room & Eco Hall: $2,000
TECHLab
The Techlab is a perfect location for teambuilding retreats, small meetings and intimate receptions. Daytime rentals include 40 Zoo admission tickets. Rental of the Techlab includes access to a private event gate. Audio visual support is available at a rate of $75/hour.

Entire ARC (Action Resource Center)
The Entire ARC rental includes access to the Ford Conservation Conference Room, EcoHall, TECHlab, and the Coca-Cola World Studio. Daytime rentals include 200 Zoo admission tickets. Audiovisual support for up to 4 hours is included. Rental of the entire ARC includes access to a private event gate.

Rent half of the Ford Pavilion (divider wall included) for $2,500. Daytime events include 100 tickets.
Gorilla Deck
The deck is perfect for a cool evening function which includes an exclusive gorilla feeding for you and your guests. This area allows your guests to mingle and enjoy an up-close view of our western lowland gorillas until dusk.
Weekday evening rental: $750
Weekend evening rental: $1000
This cozy outdoor pavilion is located in our KIDZone area and is perfect for birthday parties, small company picnics and other social events. Daytime rentals include 40 Zoo admission tickets.
Daytime rentals only: $550
Let your imagination run WILD when you use the entire Zoo for your next big company picnic, conference, reception or convention. Our entire Zoo rental is a great way to entertain larger groups (5,000 people max). The package includes access to the Ford Pavilion and Grand Patio, Chinese Plaza and Panda Veranda, Trader’s Alley, Publix Party Pavilion and Gorilla Deck. Animal exhibits and rides, including the Georgia Natural Gas Blue Flame Express Zoo Train, Rock Climber and Nabisco Endangered Species Carousel, will be open until dusk. Once the animal exhibits and rides close, the party can continue in the Ford Pavilion. Private elephant, gorilla and orangutan feedings included.
Weekday rental: $8,500*

*Up to 2,000 guests, additional fee of $10 for each guest over 2,000
