What criteria do you use when soliciting a vendor?
The criteria we use to solicit a minority vendor are the same used to select a majority vendor. The vendor must have the ability to offer a product/service that is high quality, competitively priced and excellent customer service.
Is certification required to do business with Zoo Atlanta?
Yes. Zoo Atlanta accepts certifications from organizations such as:
- Georgia Minority Supplier Development Council (GMSDC); Minority Supplier Development Council (GMSDC)
- City of Atlanta Minority/Female Business Certification
- Fulton County M/FBE Business Certification
- Small Business Administration
- Women’s Business Enterprise National Council
- Atlanta Business League; Business League
- Or other reputable national, state and local agencies.
Does certification guarantee that I will obtain contracts with Zoo Atlanta?
No. Certification does not guarantee that your company will obtain business with Zoo Atlanta.
