Volunteering at Zoo Atlanta is a great way to expand your knowledge of endangered species, give back to your community, meet new people, and inspire others to help safeguard existing species through conservation.  Zoo Atlanta’s Volunteers are dedicated individuals who have an immense appreciation and passion for the natural world and the desire to make a difference.

Internships and Externships
Zoo Atlanta is currently accepting individuals for internships. Internships at Zoo Atlanta are designed to provide training and professional work experience that will help you achieve your academic and professional goals. Intern positions are unpaid and open to applicants who are enrolled in a degree-seeking program or who have recently graduated within two years from a college program in a relevant field.
