How do I purchase tickets?
Tickets can be purchased through online or by calling 404.624.5641
Will I receive the group rate if I purchase online?
Yes, the group rate is available for groups of 15 or more paying guests.
How far in advance can I purchase tickets for a group?
Group tickets may be purchased up to one year in advance of your visit.
When do I pay for my tickets?
When purchasing tickets online, tickets must be paid in full at the time of reservation. When purchasing tickets through the WILDLine Reservation Center, a 50% non-refundable deposit is required at time of reservation and tickets must be paid for in full no later than one week prior to the scheduled visit.
How do I receive my tickets?
Whether you purchase your tickets online or through the WILDLine Reservation Center, you will not receive tickets. Simply bring your confirmation letter, which you will receive via email, with you to present at the front gate.
What happens if I miss my reservation due to inclement weather?
Tickets are valid for the reserved date only. Zoo Atlanta is open every day of the year except Thanksgiving Day and Christmas Day.
What if I have more people in my group than I did when I made my reservation?
Additional attendees on the day of your visit will be required to pay the gate admission price at the WILDLine Reservations Center, which is located adjacent to the Front Gate, at the rear of the Administration building, upon arrival. Only check and credit cards will be accepted for payment.
Are unused tickets refundable?

Can I bring food/drinks into the Zoo?
You may bring food and beverage into the Zoo as long as it is not in a glass container. No straws or plastic lids will be allowed past the front gate.

Does my ticket include the train, carousel and/or rock climber?
No, however you may purchase rides tickets through the WILDLine Reservation Center at the time of your Admission ticket purchase. Ride availability is dependent upon weather conditions.
Is there bus parking at Zoo Atlanta?
Yes, we have a drop off location for groups. Motor coaches may be staged at one of two locations; either in our Boulevard Parking Lot or on Cherokee Avenue in front of the Zoo. Please obey posted parking restrictions and do not block driveways, side streets or gates. PARKING IS FREE
Is there someplace inside the Zoo to eat while we are there?
Yes, we have several outlets including Nathan’s Hot Dogs, Willie B.’s, Otterly Cool, Flamingo Joe’s and Wild Planet Café.
